The original "Bellevue" structure was built around 1890 and extensions which included bay windows were added in 1910. The walls and foundations are definately a part of Kiama's history being made of locally mined bluestone.

The building was transformed into guesthouse-type accommodation in the 1930's or early 1940's and remained that way until April 2000 when the property was purchased by the current owners Michael & Bronia Waldon.

Today this spectacular building houses six individually designed contemporary apartments.
